I’m The Black RN. I’m a slim and sexy gal, the kind White boys get erect over. I’m doing my part to reduce the excess population. Injecting the vaccine into a White boy’s balls is a very effective sterilization method. Each of his delicate balls gets its own injection with a syringe full of vaccine. I isolate each ball, holding it firmly and then insert the needle all the way through from front to back. I pump in the vaccine fluid in as I push the needle all the way through to the back of each ball. It’s called pole to pole. It fills the ball with the sterilization fluid. I’m just doing my job since my hospital requires the patients to be vaccinated. That’s one one more White boy who won’t be producing anymore White kids.
