The Husky’s Gambit

Here’s a 10-sentence fable about a cunning husky:
In the frozen tundra, a clever husky named Denali devised a plan to steal the bank from the military base. With his charming smile and persuasive bark, he convinced the guards to let him inside. Denali sniffed out the vault, but his paws couldn’t crack the combination. Undeterred, he befriended the base’s computer expert, a clever raccoon named Ranger. Ranger hacked into the system, and Denali made off with the loot. But as they escaped, Denali’s sled hit a pothole, spilling the cash. The duo was caught by the base’s commander, a wise owl named General Hootenanny. Denali learned that greed doesn’t pay and honesty is the best policy. The husky returned the money and earned a new title: Base Morale Officer. From then on, Denali used his charm to boost spirits, not steal fortunes.
