Dear Person with Suicidal Thoughts, I am the oldest of 6 kids and the big sister to a lot of other kids that are friends of our family; I know life can be rough at times but never give up hope. Take life day by day and just keep living while finding the Magic 3’s: 1 beautiful thing to focus on every day, 1 thing you love about yourself and 1 thing you can be grateful for every day. Reach out to someone you love to talk to, you can also get a cheap virtual therapist and in an emergency you can call 911, the Police or take yourself to an ER or Hospital and tell them you are having suicidal thoughts and want to be put on 72 hr suicide watch so you can talk to a Doctor about depression. Sometimes illnesses known as the Pandas from Strep bacteria can cause temporary mental illness side effects and so can eating too much sugar, carbs, juice, sodas or sweets can toxify our bodies and spiral us into a dark depression due to yeast overgrowth and unstable blood sugar levels that we need a professional to help get us out of and there is no shame asking for help. Suicide is not a solution, take it from someone who lost both childhood best friends when I was 15 who took their own lives; it not only devastated their parents but me as well because I loved them like my brothers from another mother and was shocked by their passing as it was before their time. I still miss them and it has been 20+ years since they died. Your soul and your life’s purpose and work is valuable to the God who created your soul, the parents who created your body and the family and friends who love you. You can make positive changes to improve your life. Don’t ever forget it. Please call or chat with the National Suicide Hotline for Support and know you are not alone: 800-273-8255 🦋
