Went to a funeral, we were exposed to CoVid. Emailed the court, called the court, let them know me, my fever and cough needed to reschedule our hearing. Heard crickets. Got up and went anyway, thank goodness I did. Damn insurance company went from wanting written depositions by questions due to the pandemic, in which I contacted the last 3 medical providers who were waiting for them in the mail. Thirty days pass and they receive nothing. Then the Defense insurance company switches it up in court to wanting everyone on zoom. The Judge allows it and refuses to get off his ass and make a ruling on the motions without the 3 depositions, two of which are not necessary? Justice is in favor of the car insurance companies and they are all sucking each other off in the back room for bribes, kickbacks and payoffs.
