Hello, I was on a business trip recently and met this girl. We ended up spending the evening together and spent the night in my hotel room. I have been with my wife for 20+ years. I love her very much. I kept on thinking about my wife while with this girl and didn’t have sex with her. But we did lot of other stuff. Now I feel very guilty to have done such a thing. I was not in the right frame of mind. I am having severe anxiety issues and worry that I have ruined my relationship. I never intend to do such a thing again. I want to enjoy my love life with my wife for ever.
