I’m losing weight with disordered eating.

I used to be around 200 pounds when I first started. My original reason was to get revenge on my backstabbing friend. Now it’s basically trying to forget the old me and move on from the funny fat friend troupe. It started out as a simple diet that I chose to do and then I lost around 45-50 pounds in less than a year. But, I did it by cutting my calories to the point that I think it is in the disordered eating category. Eating less than my bmr is usually normal to me now but sometimes I eat above it so I can lose more weight. Hopefully I won’t be underweight doing this.
