My friend buys cigarettes and he isn’t old enough

I have this friend and he is always going to this gas station and tells me to wait outside while he goes in and gets cigs and lottos. The guy doesn’t check IDs and I know he looks older but I don’t know what to do. I don’t even think it is his fault tbh
